Duties and Taxes Import Taxes - Please be aware that orders shipped outside South Africa may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and we have no control over this. Returns and Exchanges We offer you 14 days from the date you receive the package to return for refund or exchange. Please refer to our returns page for full details. Please package carefully as we cannot accept damaged/used products. International returns must be clearly marked as RETURNS on the box. Also, when the commercial invoice is generated by your choice of shipping company, the stated reason of return must be RETURNED GOODS/PRODUCTS.
