Prescription orders take up to 7-10 working days to fulfil; although most prescription orders will take less time than this. We always work to dispatch your eyewear as soon as we possibly can. For more complex prescriptions or frame choices, we will contact you individually to discuss delivery schedules. Duties and Taxes Import Taxes - Please be aware that orders shipped outside South Africa may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and we have no control over this. Returns and Exchanges We offer you 14 days from the date you receive the package to return for refund or exchange. Please refer to our returns page for full details. Please package carefully as we cannot accept damaged/used products. International returns must be clearly marked as RETURNS on the box.
