Prescriptions
Please drop us an email on morningside@theeyemakers.co.za if you would like to add a prescription to your order. Prescription orders take up to 7-10 working days to fulfil; although most prescription orders will take less time than this. We always work to dispatch your eyewear as soon as we possibly can. For more complex prescriptions or frame choices, we will contact you individually to discuss delivery schedules.

Returns and Exchanges
We offer you 14 days from the date you receive the package to return for refund or exchange. Please refer to our returns page for full details.

International returns must be clearly marked as RETURNS on the box. Also, when the commercial invoice is generated by your choice of shipping company, the stated reason of return must be RETURNED GOODS/PRODUCTS.
